Itinerary Template for Google Sheets

The spreadsheet version of our travel itinerary template, same trip, laid out as rows you can sort, filter, and total. Built for people who'd rather see a schedule as data than as paragraphs.

Make a copy in Google Sheets

Opens as view-only. Use File then Make a copy to get your own editable version. Nothing is shared back to us.

When a spreadsheet beats a document

Sort and filter freely

Booked everything out of order? Sort by date and it reorganizes itself. No cutting and pasting paragraphs around like you'd have to in a document.

Running cost total built in

Each row has a cost column that feeds a running total at the top, so you can see what the trip is actually costing as you book, without a separate budget tool.

Multiple views of the same trip

Duplicate a tab to make a "by day" view and a "by category" view (all the flights together, all the meals together) from the same underlying data.

Plays well with a budget template

If you're also using our trip budget template, the cost columns are laid out the same way, so copying numbers between them is a straight paste.

If you think in rows, not paragraphs

Good fit if you're tracking a budget alongside the schedule, planning a trip with a lot of moving pieces (multi-city, group trip, business travel with expense tracking), or you just prefer data you can sort over a wall of text. If you'd rather write your itinerary out with real context and notes, the Google Docs version is built for that instead.
